What we refuse

Questions shops ask before they apply
Why do you approve every account by hand?
Because every unlock we sell is a clean, carrier-policy unlock on a device the shop owns or is authorised to unlock. A person checks that the business is real before it can order. That keeps the supply clean for everyone who is approved.
Why do I need a business website and a business email?
They are how we check that you are a business. The email has to be on your own domain, not a free webmail address. If you trade only on a marketplace, put that storefront as your website and say so in the notes.
What exactly do I get for the price?
Every quote states the promise before you order: what the unlock does, what it does not do, what the phone needs first (for example Find My off), and what to do after the order. If the promise does not fit the phone, you do not order it.
What happens if the supplier rejects the unlock?
The full price goes back to your wallet. No partial refunds, no second charge, no store-credit tricks: it is your wallet credit again and you can spend it on the next unlock.
What if the order shows complete but the phone is still locked?
Report it in the app within 7 days of completion. We go back to the supplier to verify or retry first. If they confirm the unlock did not happen, your wallet is credited.
Do you unlock financed phones or phones with a balance owing?
No. A device that is not paid off is not eligible under carrier policy, and the services that claim to get round it are the ones that get devices blacklisted later. The quote warns you when a phone looks financed.
Do you unlock blacklisted or lost and stolen phones?
No. We do not remove a blacklist, lift a bar, or bypass an activation lock or MDM. The quote warns you when the IMEI is reported.
How long does approval take?
Every application is reviewed by a person. You get an email either way: approved, or declined with the reason and the carrier's free route for one-off needs.
I only need one phone unlocked. Can I apply?
No, and you do not need to. If the phone is yours and paid off, your carrier unlocks it free. Start with our T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon pages: each one links the carrier's official route and the current waiting rules.
Who are your suppliers?
We do not say. STACKS takes responsibility for the result, the refund rule and the support. Results carry your shop's name, never ours and never a supplier's.
What does it cost to start?
There is no application fee. After approval you make a first wallet top-up (the amount is in your approval email). That credit pays for unlocks at one flat price list, shown inside the app. No deposit tiers.
